Ladytron needs no introduction by now. I wasn't sure how they were going to top their last release, and I only have this new single to go on, but if it's any indication - the new album Velocifero must be fucking incredible! Keep your eyes open June 3rd.

Surely you recall Stardust's (aka Alan Braxe, Thomas Bangalter and Benjamin Diamond) twist on Chaka Kahn's Fate with Music Sounds Better With You in the late 90's. Miami Horror recently gave it their own flavor without straying too far from the original. Definitely a decent update on an instant dance classic!

The Tenth Stage's remix of We Live So Fast is a nice one, thanks to my friend for sending this one over. I had been stuck on that section of the original Heaven 17 song that's similar to Midnight Juggernauts' Shadows. If you don't know what I'm talking about, you should compare the two!

This one somehow flew past my radar. I just recently heard about Studio, and all I can say is BRILLIANT. Influences from 80's groups like The Cure and New Order are very evident, but at the same time, not to be considered a blatant rip-off either. I had to post this song because it's easily the best thing I've heard so far this year.

Since the release of Thriller 25, I've been in a Michael Jackson mood. Though these tracks by Boys Noize and Villains aren't associated with the 25th anniversary, they're better than some of the unreleased extras found on the MJ album.

The Coachella line-up inspired a little research on some of the artists I'm not familiar with, and this song by 120 Days is a nice one. Sounds like The Chemical Brothers meets The Helio Sequence.
